| Our superior quality stainless steel impingement fog
nozzles have been designed and engineered with several significant
changes to improve it’s performance AND extend the life span of the
nozzle. |
| By changing the basic design of a highly
specialized filter inside the nozzle body, the filter area has increased
more than 9 times that of it’s nearest competitor. Other advances
include increasing the distance from orifice to impact pin. Reducing the
overall area if the impact pin by 20%. Improving the Venturi effect by
polishing and providing a sphere in the orifice area the eliminates any
water accumulation in the orifice area. These along with other
improvements contribute to a nozzle that will produce denser fog and
will eliminate virtually all dripping and spitting. |

- Our superior quality fog nozzles are certified and
are in compliance with Mill Spec C-45662A.
- Nozzle body is machined from 316L stainless steel.
- Impact pin is 304 stainless steel.
- Filter is made from 25 micron polypropylene.
- Impact pin is welded to nozzle body and provisions
are made to accommodate a safety wire when required.

- All fog nozzles are 100% inspected and tested prior
to shipping.
- Easy to install and seals with an O ring.
- Standard nozzle thread is 1/8-28-NPT.
- Also compatible with 12-24 thread with adapter upon
request.
- Flow rate of .05 GPM @ 1500 PSI with an orifice
size of .0065 - .007" inch
- Filter has an area of .41 sq/inch
